However, to ensure that your chosen ingredients make up a nutritionally balanced meal, it’s essential to include the right minerals. cdVet Fit-BARF Eggshell Powder is a finely ground single-ingredient feed for dogs and cats that provides a natural and straightforward source of calcium – particularly for BARF diets, home-cooked meals and boneless feeding.

Pure muscle meat contains a relatively high amount of phosphorus but provides only a small amount of calcium. The finely ground eggshell powder helps to specifically supplement the diet with calcium and ensure a balanced calcium-to-phosphorus ratio. Calcium is required, amongst other things, for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, as well as for normal muscle and nerve function.

This minimalist formula consists of 100% eggshell powder and contains no other ingredients. Thanks to its fine grind, the powder can be mixed evenly into the food and measured out precisely.

With around 370 mg of calcium per GRAMS, it offers a cost-effective way to specifically enhance home-prepared meals – giving you the peace of mind that you are not only feeding high-quality meat, but also keeping a responsible eye on the entire diet.

Fit-BARF eggshell powder is particularly suitable for dogs and cats that do not receive bones or cannot tolerate them.
