The crunchies are - as the name suggests - crunchy!

This speciality is made from yak milk from the Himalayan region. 100% natural and free of additives! Theyaks live there in almost untouched nature, far away from pollution. They feed on fresh grass and drink from crystal clear streams. This guarantees the highest quality!

This snack is especially popular to satisfy the nibbling needs of puppies and older dogs, as they are not too hard. Of course, the Crunchie is also a welcome change for all other dogs.

Churpi Chrunchies are highly digestible, gluten-free and extremely low in fat and also very high in protein, but low in lactose.

The crunchy sticks contain a number of nutritionally valuable ingredients:

  • Milk is rich in calcium, which is needed for the development and maintenance of bones and teeth.
  • Potassium plays an important role in the nervous system. It is responsible for the transmission of nerve impulses and is thus essential for the proper functioning of muscles and heart.
  • Zinc is a trace element that plays a crucial role in growth, wound healing and immune defence.
  • Biotin strengthens skin, fur and claws and promotes digestive metabolism.
  • Folic acid helps with cell renewal and can reduce the risk of heart disease and even cancer.
  • Vitamins A, B1, C, D, E and K mainly affect the production of red and white blood cells. Vitamin A strengthens mucous membranes and provides the body's own protective barrier against infectious agents.

How is this cheese chew made?
For this low-fat snack, milk is boiled with a small amount of lime juice and a little salt. The lime and salt cause the milk to curdle and can then be pressed into cloth-lined moulds. After the drying process, the cheese bars are baked and get their crispy consistency. A mild smoking process gives the cheese its unmistakable flavour.
