Years of scientific research, in collaboration with the Faculty of Animal Nutrition of the University of Naples Federico II, have enabled Farmina Veterinary Research to develop a nutritional system modelled on the natural diet of our four-legged family members: Natural & Delicious Low Ancestral Grain. The carnivore nutrition system consists of 60% high-quality raw materials of animal origin, a small amount of ancient grains (spelt and oats) and is produced without genetic engineering.

N&D Ancestral Grain is characterised by a low glycaemic index, which allows a gradual release of energy during the day. The dog food is preserved with natural antioxidants from tocopherol-rich extracts and packaged in a protective atmosphere. The dry food is rich in high-quality nutrients. Thanks to the cold infusion technology, the valuable vitamins remain effective for longer.

The dry food N&D Low Ancestral Grain - Light Mini Chicken & Pomegranate has been specially developed for dogs of medium and large breeds that tend to be overweight. It helps to lose weight and maintain the desired weight as it is low in fat and high in protein. It is based on Italian free-range chicken and herring. In combination with the ancient grains spelt and oats and valuable fruit and vegetables, the dog food is not only very tasty, it is also very well tolerated. The pomegranate it contains supports the immune system and provides natural potassium, iron and B vitamins. Chondroitin and glucosamine ensure healthy joints, tendons and cartilage.
