Farmina Vetlife Cardiac dry food has been developed to support heart function in chronic heart failure.

The dog food regulates myocardial contraction by maintaining the correct electrolyte balance. Possible imbalances as a result of diuretic therapy are thus equalised. The taurine it contains modulates myocardial contraction, while carnitine increases exercise tolerance.
The adjusted (lowered) sodium content of the food prevents high blood pressure by reducing cardiac stress. Effusions due to cardiac congestion are thus also reduced.
