Farmina Vetlife Cardiac Cat Adult dry food has been developed to support the heart function of cats with chronic heart failure.

The cat food regulates myocardial contraction by maintaining the correct electrolyte balance. This compensates for possible imbalances as a result of diuretic therapy. The taurine it contains modulates myocardial contraction, while carnitine increases exercise tolerance.
The adjusted (lowered) sodium content of the food prevents high blood pressure by reducing cardiac stress. Effusions due to cardiac congestion are thus also reduced.

The essential omega-3 fatty acids have an anti-arrhythmic effect and modulate the production of cytokines. This leads to an anti-inflammatory effect.

Pathological anorexia is prevented by high-quality ingredients.
