Farmina Vetlife Hepatic dry food has been developed for dogs with chronic liver disease. It contains high-quality proteins, a moderate protein content and a high content of essential fatty acids, as well as easily digestible carbohydrates.

The excellent quality of the ingredients and the food’s high digestibility ensure better absorption and optimal utilisation of nutrients. The copper content is low to limit toxic effects on liver cells. Hepatic zinc counteracts copper deposits and has an anti-fibrotic effect.
Cellular oxidative stress is reduced by the special multivitamin and antioxidant complex. The highly digestible ingredients help to combat pathologically induced anorexia.

The use of ancient grains (spelt and oats) in the formula ensures a low glycaemic index.
