The Hurtta ranger waistcoat is a weatherproof, breathable signal waistcoat with reflectors that offers high visibility and, in the orange-camo version, also protects against insects such as ticks and mosquitoes.
The Ranger is a high-visibility waistcoat for outdoor activities, even in the dark. 3M® reflectors ensure good visibility. The waistcoat is made from an elasticated and breathable knitted fabric with a weatherproof layer of Houndtex. The material is durable and does not rustle when worn. The neckline can be adjusted with Velcro straps and the waist can be adjusted with a drawstring for a snug fit.
The waistcoat in the colour orange-camo has been treated with Sanitized® from Clariant. This treatment uses the active ingredient permethrin. Permethrin protects against insects such as mosquitoes, horseflies and ticks.
The treatment is dermatologically tested and safe for use on dogs, but may cause a skin reaction on sensitive skin.
The product is not suitable for cats.
