PERRO sauces for dogs and cats - with chicken, duck, lamb, beef or fish - are the perfect topping for dry food. They turn every meal into something special!

The sauces are based on nutrient-rich bone broth. Bone broth is obtained by boiling bones for at least 12 hours. It contains calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron as well as various fatty acids, vitamins and amino acids. Collagen is a particularly valuable ingredient. Not only does it have a strengthening effect on cartilage and joints , it also helps to keep the digestive tract healthy by protecting the mucous membrane . This is mainly due to the amino acid glutamine contained in gelatine. This serves as an energy source for the cells of the intestinal mucosa and supports the normal functioning of the mucous membrane.

The broth in our sauces is combined with liver. This provides extra flavour and an additional vitamin boost. To ensure that animals with intolerances and allergies can also enjoy the benefits, all recipes are gluten- and grain-free and consist of only one protein source(single protein).

If your pet doesn't want to eat, owners can quickly become desperate. The sauces ensure extra high acceptance. They are simply mixed into the normal food for dogs or cats and not only provide more flavour, they also increase fluid intake at the same time. Especially in summer, animals can easily become dehydrated if they don't drink enough. Cats, as former desert dwellers, generally drink very little as they mainly take in water through their food. This can become a problem in some circumstances when feeding dry food only. If you add flavoursome liquid, you are on the safe side.

Perro sauces can also be used as a low-calorie and low-fat reward for dogs with a tendency to be overweight. Sports and service dogs also benefit from the additional liquid and valuable nutrients , as do birthing female dogs and female cats, for example.
