The extension fits perfectly onto the tunnel of the SureFlap microchip-controlled cat flap and you can insert several of these elements in series to create a tunnel of any length.

The tunnel of the SureFlap cat flap is 70 mm long and is extended by 50 mm with each tunnel.

Based on a personal experience in 2005, Dr Nick Hill developed the Sure Flap. After strange cats got into his house through the cat flap and terrorised his cat, he needed a practical solution. However, he was not happy with the collar option, so he decided to develop a cat flap that could be opened using an implanted microchip.
