We’ll take care of the delivery for you!

A) Orders in your shop
We’ll be happy to send you our XML format for orders on request. 
Fill it in automatically using your online shop provider’s plugin (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and set up the data transfer with us.
We can retrieve the file directly from your FTP or provide you with space on our server so that you can upload it there. 

B) Orders – Processing & Dispatch
you send us your customised delivery note, we’ll be happy to include it with the order. All you need to do is set up an automated email to bestellung@perro.at that sends us your delivery note with every customer order from your online shop. 
Alternatively, we can print a plain delivery note and include it with the parcel.

As soon as our warehouse staff have handed your parcel over to the post office, we’ll receive the tracking number. Every day at 8.15 pm, we generate a file containing all order and tracking numbers for the current day up to 8.00 pm and those from the previous day (8.00 pm to midnight). The file can either be automatically retrieved by your shop or sent to you by us.
This ensures you always have all the up-to-date tracking numbers in your online shop. 

C) Stock levels
Several times a day, we generate a CSV file showing the current stock levels of our products. Here,
too, you can choose whether the file is automatically retrieved from your shop or sent to your online shop by us.
This ensures your stock levels are always up to date. 

D) Prices
We can provide you with a CSV file containing our current retail prices every 14 days or monthly.
The file can be retrieved automatically or sent to you by us, ensuring your prices in the shop are always up to date. 

E) Importing products into your online shop 
We stock products from over 100 different manufacturers and more than 10,000 items in our range. You can find a list of our current manufacturers here: PERRO Manufacturers
If you only wish to include certain brands in your range, that’s no problem. Simply send us a list of the manufacturers you require, and we’ll adjust the product export from our stock management system accordingly.
For importing into your online shop, we’ll provide you with an optimised file for your shop platform. Please note: Product descriptions and images must not be copied directly from perro.eu. 

F) Technical details
If you wish to retrieve the data from us automatically, we’ll need the IP address of your online shop to activate the service. We will provide you with all other connection details. If we are to send the data, we will need your relevant connection details. The exact arrangements will be finalised when setting up the processes. 

G) Texts & Images
To avoid duplicate content, our product descriptions must not be copied. They must always be created by you, as otherwise both shops would be penalised in the rankings. The same applies to image filenames. Image rights generally belong to the respective manufacturer. If necessary, please request the rights directly via the sales department 📧 vertrieb@perro.at.

H) Onboarding & Getting Started
A prerequisite for starting a dropshipping partnership with PERRO is the full completion of our onboarding process. This includes, in particular, the technical set-up and coordination with our IT department. Only once the entire onboarding process has been successfully completed and the technical integration has been set up can the dropshipping partnership be activated.
Manual orders are not possible. All dropshipping orders must be transmitted automatically to our system via the agreed technical interface. Manual transmission of individual orders – even during the set-up or transition phase – is not permitted.

I) Invoicing & Terms of Payment
As dropshipping orders are automatically received and processed directly in our system, an individual order or credit limit is agreed for each dropshipping partner. Based on this limit, a corresponding deposit is agreed with the dropshipping partner and held in escrow. In addition, an individual payment term is set.
The amount of the limit, the required deposit and the payment term are agreed individually between PERRO and the respective dropshipping partner and are based, amongst other things, on the expected order volume and the scope of the collaboration. 
Dropshipping authorisation will only be granted once both the technical onboarding and the commercial terms and conditions – in particular the order limit, security deposit and payment terms – have been fully clarified and agreed.
