We only send a delivery note in the parcel. The invoice will be sent by you to your customer.

Onboarding guide

A) Order in your shop
We will be happy to send you our XML format for orders on request.
Fill it out automatically via the plugin of your online shop provider (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.) and set up the transfer together with us.
We can retrieve the file directly from your FTP or release a space on our server for you to send it there.

B) Order - processing & shipping
If you send us your customised delivery note, we will be happy to enclose it with the order. All you need to do is set up an automatic email to bestellung@perro.at, which will send us your delivery note with every customer order from your online shop.
Alternatively, we will print a neutral delivery note and enclose it with the shipment.

As soon as our warehouse staff have handed over your parcel to the post office, we receive the consignment number. Every day at 20:15, we generate a file with all order and consignment numbers for the current day up to 20:00 and the previous day (20:00 to 00:00). The file can either be collected automatically by your shop or sent by us.
This means that you always have all daily updated consignment numbers in your online shop.

C) Stock
Several times a day we create a CSV file with the currently available stock of our items.
Here, too, you can decide whether the file is automatically collected by your shop or sent by us to your online shop.
This ensures that your stock is always up to date.

D) Prices
We can provide you with a CSV file with our current end customer sales prices every 14 days or monthly.
The file can be collected automatically or sent by us so that your prices in the shop are always up to date.

E) Importing items into your online shop
We stock over 100 different manufacturers and more than 10,000 items in our range. You can find a list of current manufacturers here: PERRO manufacturers
If you only want to include certain brands in your range, that's no problem. Simply send us a list of the desired manufacturers and we will adapt the article export from our merchandise management system accordingly.
We will provide you with an optimised file for your shop platform for import into your online shop. Please note: Article descriptions and images may not be taken directly from perro.eu.

F) Technical data
If you would like to retrieve the data automatically from us, we need the IP address of your online shop for activation. You will receive all other connection data from us. If we send the data, we need your corresponding connection data. An exact coordination takes place when setting up the processes.

G) Texts & images
Due to duplicate content, our article texts may not be copied. They must always be created by yourself, otherwise both shops would perform worse in the ranking. The same applies to the image names. The image rights are always held by the respective manufacturer. Please request the rights directly from the sales department 📧 vertrieb@perro.at if required.
