The success story of Torgas chewing roots began in Portugal. In the sculptor's workshop of the artist Berno Plorin, who was working on heather root sculptures, these pieces of wood aroused the interest of his female dog Bica. He quickly realised that the idea for a new dog toy had been born here. Not only was the piece of wood extremely robust and durable, it also did not splinter.
The toy was launched on the German market in 2006. The chew root has enjoyed great popularity ever since, precisely because of its naturalness and durability!
